Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Modesto, CA. This position will start as part-time as you build your caseload, to full time, salaried with benefits.

You’ll work directly with families and supervise Program Supervisors and dedicated RBTs in providing high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and others)
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, schools, and funding sources to ensure consistent support
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold all ethical and compliance standards
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and learning-oriented team culture

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, data-driven practice
