Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. In this role, you will develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans for teens and young adults with level 1 and 2 Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your expertise will directly impact patient progress by utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating with families. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in behavioral therapy, patient care, and data collection will foster meaningful change and promote independence for those we serve.

Duties

  • Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the clinic and community settings (Direct or group-based services)
  • Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians 
  • Review all session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor client progress and BT proficiency  
  • Provide parent training
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes
  • Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, or education
  • BCBA certification issued by the BACB
  • Appropriate state license as required in state of employment
  • Experience and/or interest in working with level 1 & 2 Autistic teens and adults
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $61.00 - $69.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
