We're expanding our team in New Jersey and looking for motivated BCBAs ready for a long-term, supportive opportunity.


Position Summary

We are hiring a full-time BCBA to join our Bound Brook, NJ team. This role offers a stable 40-hour/week schedule and a competitive salary. The position includes a clear billable and non-billable hour structure that supports clinical success and work-life balance.


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers

Weekly Schedule

  • 27 billable hours/week required
  • 13 non-billable hours/week (admin, supervision, planning, documentation)
  • If admin time is not needed on a given day, you may leave early once goals are met

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
  • $2,000 after 100 billable hours
  • $2,000 after 600 total billable hours
  • Paid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks/year
  • Accrue 1.25 days per month
  • Accrual based on billing 100 hours per month

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage a consistent caseload and meet billable hour targets
