As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with our organization, you’ll be instrumental in developing tailored behavior intervention programs, guiding staff and families, and fostering positive behavioral progress.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role:
We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position involves utilizing ABA expertise to create and oversee treatment plans, working in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. The role also includes supervising and mentoring behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of evidence-based strategies for meaningful outcomes.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Duties:


• Perform FBAs and create customized BIPs guided by ABA principles.

• Set up and manage data systems to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust interventions.

• Offer mentorship and feedback to behavior technicians, including modeling techniques and conducting performance reviews.

• Partner with families, educators, and caregivers to design and implement client-centered goals.

• Provide direct intervention, teaching functional skills, and applying behavior management methods.

• Maintain detailed documentation of interventions, progress, and related reports.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Requirements:


• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

• Advanced degree in ABA or a related field.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities.
