Job Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as a part-time contractor to support our expansion of special education services. Initially, this role will be fully remote with minimal hours (less than 5 hours per week) as we go through the NPA certification process. Eventually, this BCBA will help train and oversee our initial RBTs, who will provide ABA services to students in schools. The ideal candidate is a seasoned BCBA who is passionate about helping children with behavioral challenges and who has experience training RBTs. This is an opportunity to be a leading contributor to Strategic Kids' growth within special education.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Help us navigate the NPA certification process. Minimal hours are required until we are fully certified.
✔ Train and oversee RBTs.
✔ Develop behavior plans and goals for the students we serve who have IEPs.
✔ Collaborate with school district special education administrators and IEP staff to develop comprehensive plans tailored to the needs of the students we serve.

Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
✔ Master's degree and BCBA certification.
✔ At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
✔ You have top-notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro.
