Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing training to staff and families to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, ensuring the application of evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Train and supervise staff in implementing behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, gathering relevant information for effective treatment planning.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and special education to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment protocols.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively for decision-making purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.

Pay: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour
