Applied Family Solutions (AFS) is a small, mission-driven ABA provider serving families throughout the Greater Sacramento region. We prioritize quality over quantity, maintain low caseloads, and foster a collaborative, clinician-led culture where your voice is valued. We are seeking a passionate, ethical Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee a manageable caseload that supports ethical, high-quality care
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct supervision, training, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians
• Partner with families and caregivers to align treatment with family goals
• Lead parent training and social skills groups as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical team to support quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000–$95,000 DOE

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Passion for ethical, compassionate, family-centered ABA services
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Location

Roseville, Rocklin, and Sacramento, CA
(Some travel required between client homes, schools, and clinic locations)
