Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Aspen ABA is a small business, founded and run exclusively by BCBAs. There are no private equity backers to answer to which equates to better satisfaction levels reported by our behavior analysts. Burned out, exhausted BCBAs have become the standard in the field of ABA. We don't believe that it has to be that way. At Aspen ABA, we believe that when a BCBA is fulfilled, balanced, and happy, this serves as a domino effect into the oversight they provide. The clients, families, and RBTs all thrive because our BCBAs are thriving. This is why we provide excellent salaries, balanced caseloads, 50% telehealth, highly attainable bonuses, generous PTO, mentoring for BCBAs who would like it, a team of certified RBTs with experience on your cases, and leadership opportunities. Aspen ABA practices neurodivergent affirming and assent based care.

Why you want to thrive with us:

  • Top competitive wages
  • Choice of three unique salaried BCBA positions with varied hours requirements to maximize work/life balance
  • Ability to provide up to 50% telehealth supervision, providing greater work efficiency and flexibility
  • No requirement to provide direct therapy service hours
  • Competitive health benefits
  • Bi-monthly bonuses for meeting required billable hours
  • Bi-monthly additional bonus paid hourly for extra billable hours
  • Paid Time Off

Working for Aspen ABA, you will be a valued member of a growing team that will see you, hear you, and support you in your role. We use a naturalistic-based approach to ABA with high quality services that are customized to our learners and the environments in which the services are most needed.
