Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic team in Fayetteville, NC. This role supports children and families through structured, individualized ABA services in a clinic-only setting.

This position offers clinical consistency, predictable scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Track client progress and make program adjustments
• Partner with families through education and training
• Maintain ethical and professional care standards

Work Setting & Schedule

• Full-time, salaried position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Onsite clinic environment only

Compensation

• Base salary range: $85,000–$100,000
• Performance bonus available
• 27 billable hours per week model

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Strong leadership and documentation skills
• Prior supervision experience preferred
