Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic team in Richmond, VA. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, ethical ABA services while working in a collaborative, clinic-based environment focused on long-term client success.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs using data-driven methods
• Provide parent training and ongoing family support
• Ensure ethical and professional service delivery

Work Setting & Schedule

• Full-time, salaried position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Onsite clinic environment only

Compensation

• Base salary range: $85,000–$100,000
• Performance bonus available
• 27 billable hours per week model

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
