BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Bakersfield Clinic (Full-Time, Clinic-Based)
Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (C.A.D.D.) – Bakersfield, CA
Work Schedule & Responsibilities
Direct Client Services:
- 50% of monthly caseload provided in person at C.A.D.D.
- 50% of monthly caseload delivered via telehealth on-site at C.A.D.D.
Indirect Services (100% in-person at C.A.D.D.):
- Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development, data analysis, progress reports, and other clinical duties
Caseload:
- Approximately 120 clinically authorized hours per month (direct + indirect combined)
Role Overview:
- Provide BCBA-level clinical supervision and direct ABA therapy services
- Oversee Behavior Consultants and Behavior Technicians, ensuring ethical and evidence-based care
Location & Licensure:
- Caseloads assigned at C.A.D.D., Bakersfield, CA
- Must reside in Bakersfield
- Active California BCBA license required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $88,000 – $110,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Monthly performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in a clinic setting
- Conduct assessments and develop BIPs
- Supervise Behavior Consultants and Technicians to maintain clinical standards
- Analyze client data to track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support client success
Technology & Tools:
- Central Reach for data tracking and documentation (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools
Qualifications:
- Active, valid California BCBA license
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Clinical experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs are welcome
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
