  • Setting: In-Clinic
  • Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (you make your own schedule).

✨ What You'll Do ✨


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of student behaviors.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators to support behavioral strategies within the classroom.
  • Provide ongoing staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and best practices.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on behavioral goals and accommodations.
  • Support a positive school climate by promoting evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase prosocial behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with families, ensuring consistency between school and home environments.

✨ What You’ll Bring ✨


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services in an educational or clinical setting (preferred).
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
