- Setting: In-Clinic
- Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (you make your own schedule).
✨ What You'll Do ✨
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of student behaviors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators to support behavioral strategies within the classroom.
- Provide ongoing staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and best practices.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on behavioral goals and accommodations.
- Support a positive school climate by promoting evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase prosocial behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with families, ensuring consistency between school and home environments.
✨ What You’ll Bring ✨
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services in an educational or clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
