In this role, you’ll spend most of your time working directly with families in their homes, helping children build meaningful skills in their natural environments. You’ll also have opportunities to work onsite in the clinic, collaborating with our clinical teams and leadership network.
Flexibility is key, you’ll work in-home, or in-clinic based on client needs and at the direction of the Clinic Manager or the VP of Home Services. This ensures every child receives consistent, individualized care in the environment that best supports their progress.

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.

Provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services primarily in-home, with some clinic sessions as needed.

Coach parents and caregivers to support ongoing progress.

Supervise and mentor RBTs/technicians.

Monitor data to ensure treatment quality and outcomes.

Collaborate with clinic and leadership teams for continuity of care.

Complete documentation accurately and on time.
What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree in ABA (or related field) and active BCBA certification

1+ year experience (RBT experience preferred)

Flexible, able to work in-home and in-clinic with reliable transportation

Physically able to assist clients as needed (lifting up to 50 lbs)
