Schedule: Primarily In-Home with Some Clinic-Based Sessions

At Compleat KiDZ, we’re redefining how ABA therapy supports families. Our BCBAs are compassionate leaders and collaborators who deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in both home and clinic settings.

In this role, you’ll spend most of your time working directly with families in their homes, helping children build meaningful skills in their natural environments. You’ll also have opportunities to work onsite in the clinic, collaborating with our clinical teams and leadership network.

Flexibility is key, you’ll work in-home, or in-clinic based on client needs and at the direction of the Clinic Manager or the VP of Home Services. This ensures every child receives consistent, individualized care in the environment that best supports their progress.
