Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Durham, NC. This role supports children and families across multiple treatment settings and offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, ethical, and results-driven ABA services.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical quality, collaboration, and long-term professional stability.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs using data-driven methods
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client success

Work Setting & Schedule

• Full-time, salaried position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Services provided across multiple treatment environments (as assigned)

Compensation

• Base salary range: $85,000–$100,000
• Performance bonus available
• 27 billable hours per week model

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and documentation skills
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
