About the Role

As a BCBA at Keystone Autism and Behavior Interventions, you will serve as a key clinical leader, developing and overseeing personalized ABA treatment plans. You will conduct functional assessments, provide direct intervention, and play a crucial role in training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff, ensuring clinical fidelity across all programming. Clients are early learners and elementary school aged children on the autism spectrum of disorders.

Reports to: Owner/Director of Operations Schedule: Flexible Daytime Hours (Core client hours are M-F, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM availability at minimum) Job Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Plans/Treatment Plans using ongoing data collection and analysis to guide programming decisions.
• Conduct functional assessments and analyses.
• Function in a supervisory capacity, providing training, oversight, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Implementers.
• Complete competency assessments for employees pursuing RBT certification.
• Demonstrate, teach and support implementation of ABA strategies
• Provide training, information and feedback to caregivers.
• Maintain open, professional communication with families, schools, and all relevant community agencies.
• Ensure all clinical documentation (e.g., session notes) is accurate and completed promptly.
• Provide direct supervision hours to employees seeking BCBA certification who are assigned to your cases.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB.
• Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) licensure by the Ohio State Board of Psychology.
• Holds an NPI number and CAQH number.
• Current and active CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable, insured transportation in the state of Ohio (as services are in-home/multiple locations).
• Demonstrated competence in behavior management, instructional skills, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to complete a clean background check.
• Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) for administrative functions.

Preferred: Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years and current on the BACB 8-hour supervision course.
