Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 to $115,000 dollars per year (full-time)

What You Will Do as a BCBA

You will play a central role in shaping each child’s individualized treatment plan and guiding the team who implements it. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting intake evaluations, functional behavior assessments, and skills assessments
  • Utilizing tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland 3
  • Designing individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
  • Training and supervising ABA technicians and RBTs
  • Providing modeling, instruction, and ongoing oversight of treatment fidelity
  • Training parents and caregivers in ABA-based strategies
  • Analyzing and graphing data, adjusting strategies as needed, and preparing progress summaries

What We Look For

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities
  • Ability to conduct FBAs and write effective behavior support plans
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for community-based work
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, collaborative mindset
