Position Overview

Children’s Milestone ABA is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team. This position is primarily remote, with in-person reassessments required.

BCBAs will manage a small, focused caseload to ensure quality care and professional balance. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct descriptive and functional behavioral assessments, including formal functional analyses.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee ethical and practical ABA-based treatment plans.
  • Provide remote supervision of RBTs and clinical programming; conduct in-person reassessments as required.
  • Design and monitor individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Utilize ABA principles to teach and strengthen adaptive behaviors such as social interaction, self-management, and on-task behavior.
  • Communicate assessment results, progress, and recommendations to families in a supportive, professional manner.
  • Provide ongoing staff training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned families, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification and state licensure (LBA) in applicable state(s).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred, not required).
  • Active malpractice insurance.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to interpret various behavioral assessments.
  • Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $94,000 – $96,000 base + bonus potential up to $5,000 (total earnings up to ~$100,000).
  • Caseload: Maximum of 10 clients.
  • Expected Billable Hours: 35 per week.
