We are hiring our first BCBA, making this a truly foundational role with significant ownership and leadership potential.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled BCBA (with 5+ years of experience) to take on a critical founding position. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who wants a role with real growth potential as the agency expands.

The right candidate will help build our clinical systems, supervise staff, and ensure the highest level of care, while also taking on key responsibilities in shaping the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Program Development

  • Help build clinical systems, workflows, and best practices for a brand-new ABA program
  • Lead supervision and training of RBTs
  • Assist in hiring and shaping the clinical team as the company grows
  • Ensure full compliance with Colorado regulations, insurance requirements, and BACB ethics

Direct Clinical Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans grounded in ABA principles
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and FBAs
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to ensure progress and guide treatment adjustments
  • Provide direct ABA therapy sessions tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Educate and support families and staff on behavioral strategies, intervention techniques, and progress

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification
  • 5+ years of clinical ABA experience
  • Strong supervisory skills and experience developing treatment programs
  • Ability to work independently and build systems from the ground up
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for high-quality, ethical ABA services
  • Motivated, growth-oriented
