Job Overview

ABAparaTi LLC, a bilingual IBHS-ABA provider, is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Pennsylvania LBS license (or immediate eligibility) to join our growing agency as a Clinical Supervisor.

This role is ideal for a BCBA/LBS who enjoys leading a team, conducting group supervision, and ensuring program integrity across staff and client services. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee all ABA program implementation and staff performance while maintaining a small, high-quality caseload.

This is a part-time, hybrid contract position (10–25 hours/week) combining in-person supervision with remote clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs/BHT-ABAs, including individual and group supervision sessions.
• Monitor treatment fidelity, documentation accuracy, and clinical quality across cases.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans (ITPs) following the payor standards.
• Ensure program integrity through data audits, staff observations, and team feedback.
• Support staff onboarding, field training, and clinical skill development.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director on quality assurance, compliance, and staff development initiatives.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards per BACB and IBHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB required).
• Active Pennsylvania LBS license or immediate eligibility (required).
• Minimum 2 years of ABA supervisory experience, preferably in an IBHS-ABA setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person supervision visits.
