Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Supervisor

Soaring Higher is a growing IDD agency focused on high quality, person centered supports. We are looking for a dedicated BCBA to oversee our Behavior Support Services and help shape a supportive, ethical, growth driven environment for the individuals we serve.

Position Summary
The BCBA will develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans for individuals receiving services through Soaring Higher. You will provide clinical oversight for Behavior Support Specialists and RBTs, ensure services meet ODP standards, and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with teams and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans
• Provide ongoing monitoring, data review, and plan modifications as needed
• Supervise and support BSS and RBT staff, including required competency assessments
• Train staff and families on plan implementation and behavioral strategies
• Maintain compliance with ODP regulations and agency policies
• Participate in team meetings, individual planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication skills and a steady, solution focused approach
• Ability to coach and guide staff with clarity and respect
• Knowledge of ODP standards.
