Job Title: Boat Captain / Driver

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Boat Captain to operate an 18-meter boat for company use. The candidate must have a valid UAE marine license and be able to safely handle and maintain the vessel. This role includes driving the boat, ensuring passenger safety, and performing basic checks and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and navigate an 18-meter boat.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Conduct basic inspections before and after each trip.
• Keep the boat clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Assist with docking, anchoring, and general boat operations.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to management.
• Check weather and trip conditions when required.
• Communicate clearly with passengers and team members.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Marine License for operating an 18-meter boat.
• 2–3 years of experience as a boat captain or marine driver.
• Good knowledge of UAE waters and safety rules.
• Able to handle basic maintenance checks.
• Responsible, professional, and safety-focused.
• Flexible with working hours based on trip schedules.
