Boat Detailer

Position Description:

Boat detailer will be responsible for cleaning all boats before they leave our dealership with attention to detail. Exterior detail includes but not limited to power washing, waxing, buffing and polishing all exterior surfaces, Cleaning trailers, polishing wheels. Interior detailing includes but not limited to vacuuming and extracting seats and carpets, cleaning and conditioning seats, applying protective dressing to vinyl, cleaning all compartments and windshields.

Job may including retrieving parts, assisting the service manager, technicians, service advisor, and sales staff as needed.

Training & Development

• Full on-the-job training will be provided on all aspects of detailing that are relevant to the position and company needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Pulling, lifting, grasping, tactile sense, repetitive motions, seeing, hearing, talking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking and pushing.
