We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bobcat Operator to join our team. The Bobcat Operator will be responsible for safely operating a Bobcat skid-steer loader to perform various tasks including material handling, excavation, grading, and construction site preparation. This role requires attention to detail, excellent equipment handling skills, and a focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders for various construction and landscaping tasks including digging, grading, material transportation, and site preparation.
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment by performing daily inspections and maintenance, and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper placement of materials.
• Work in conjunction with other construction team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Ensure that the worksite is organized and safe at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others on site.
• Perform tasks such as grading, trenching, backfilling, and other duties as required on the construction or landscaping site.
