BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR - AUTOMOBILE REPAIRS

- Must have both mechanical and Bodyshop experience in dealing with all makes and models. Must have good communication skills in English and Arabic. Must be good with creating estimates and in utilizing software's. Must have strong skills in customer relationship.
- Ensure good client service by working with the insurance agents/ companies to determine the vehicle issues and create an estimate by communicating with the parts team, determining the repair timeline, and working with adviser to convey the customers' concerns (insurance companies) with accurate repair descriptions.
- Negotiate with insurance claim surveyor for approvals approved below threshold. Ensures estimates are not under quoted to the insurance companies.

Education:
-High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:
- Bodyshop estimator: 4 years (required)
- Body Shop experience: 2 years
- GCC/UAE experience: 2 years (required)

-Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and oral).
