Boiler Service Technician (Industrial/Commercial)

We’re looking for a Commercial/Industrial Boiler Service Technician to join our fast growing company. We value integrity, analytical thinking, and accountability, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial and commercial boiler systems at client sites. You’ll also be a key face of our company to customers, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• At least 1 year experience servicing industrial/commercial boilers

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Customer-first mindset: you're representing us in the field

• Ability to travel 3–10 days per month

• Valid driver’s license

• Must pass a background check with no felony convictions

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience servicing industrial/commercial boilers

• Certification in Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC

• Technical certifications from boiler manufacturers (e.g., Ware Boiler College, Cleaver Brooks Boiler 101)

• Experience working with PLC-based control systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
