Boiler Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial mechanics and maintenance, with expertise in boiler systems. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boilers and related equipment. The Boiler Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to boilers and HVAC/R systems.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems effectively.
• Perform boiler system maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with service team members to address customer needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment status.

Experience

• Proven experience in boiler maintenance or as an boiler mechanic is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on boiler systems and HVAC technologies.
• Familiarity with boilers, schematics, and general maintenance practices.
• Previous field service experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to work independently in various environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Projected Total Compensation: $76.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
