We’re Hiring: Bookkeeper with Zoho Books Experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and reporting for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and categorize financial transactions in Zoho Books.
  • Maintain organized financial records compliant with accounting standards.
  • Generate product-based reports to track revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing, financial statements, and audits.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on Saudi Arabia and UAE accounting regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Books.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabia accounting system, VAT, Zakat, and reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with UAE accounting system (VAT & IFRS) is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, financial principles, and product-based accounting.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred; CPA/ACCA certifications a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
