Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support our finance team across geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and values accuracy and accountability.

✅Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
• Assist with payroll and employee reimbursements
• Prepare monthly financial reports for internal review
• Coordinate with Australian finance team for compliance and reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure timely renewals and payments for subscriptions and services

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Solid understanding of Debit & Credit, Liabilities & Assets
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills (English proficiency required)

✅Bonus Skills

• Experience working with international teams
• Exposure to digital agency operations
• Knowledge of Australian accounting standards (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
