Bookkeeper

Horizon Tech is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for our US-based client. The ideal candidate should have strong bookkeeping skills, be proficient in QuickBooks, and have experience in payroll and tax management. Responsibilities will primarily include data entry.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of US-based bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks.
• Experience with data entry for payroll and taxes is a big plus.
• An intermediate qualification/B.Com is a plus.
• English Speaking Level Required: Basic for query handling and gathering essential information required to do the job.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to professionally respond to emails
• Capability to provide customer support and respond to queries
• Computer literate, with strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel formulas
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of payroll tax calculations or bank statement preparation is a bonus, but not mandatory

Other Details

• Job Location: Shaheed-E-Millat Road, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
• Job Timings: Onsite, evening night shift following US CST (8 PM PKT to 5 AM PKT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
