Bookkeeper/ Accountant

Job Opening: Accountant

We are looking for a candidate with a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management and data entry for daily transactions.

2. Knowledge of Fast Accounts software is a bonus

2. Assisting in updating accounting ledgers and journals regularly.

3. Helping with the issuance of gate passes and maintaining relevant records.

4. Recording petty cash transactions and assisting in petty cash management.

5. Supporting the team in ensuring that office expenditures remain within budget.

Skills & Knowledge:

1-Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

2-Familiarity with payables and receivables management.

3-Willingness to learn financial reporting and assist in preparing reports.

4-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or accounting software is a plus.
