The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting, hiring and human resource duties.
You will support our business growth and accounting department with your all-around knowledge.
We are looking for a financial professional who is able to complete full-cycle accounting activities as assigned.
The candidate's most important duty is to track and manage financial data
- Preparation of financial reports
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Recording financial transactions
- Tracking payroll data
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Experience with accounting software QuickBooks online
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills
- Accounting related field of study·
- 5+ years of experience working in Accounting .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills·
- Highly meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.· QuickBooks, Inventory, and collections experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well organized, with the ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
- Must be ok with distractions and interruptions and work well under pressure.·
- Looking for someone who is meticulous, dependable, professional, and a positive attitude.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL able to speak English and Spanish!!
