Boom Loader Operator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Boom Loader Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating boom loaders and other heavy equipment used in construction and material-handling activities across various project sites in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Operate boom loaders safely and efficiently to move, load, and transport materials as required on construction sites.
• Perform pre-operation checks to ensure the machine is in proper working condition.
• Handle loading and unloading tasks while maintaining balance, stability, and safety standards.
• Assist in site operations by transporting materials such as sand, gravel, concrete, and construction debris.
• Report any mechanical faults, damages, or safety concerns to the maintenance team promptly.
• Follow site supervisors' instructions to ensure smooth workflow and project timelines.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, site regulations, and equipment operating procedures.
• Support basic maintenance by keeping the equipment clean and reporting when servicing is due.

Requirements:

• Based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating boom loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid UAE heavy machinery/equipment operating license (if required by site).
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and construction site safety standards.
• Ability to maneuver equipment in tight or busy job-site environments.
• Experience operating machinery from brands like CAT, JCB, Komatsu, or similar is preferred.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in outdoor and high-demand construction environments.
