Paul Hastings is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Private Equity practice in our Boston Office. This is a unique opportunity for candidates to join a leading practice and gain exposure to a wide breadth of private equity transactions.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of private equity experience at a leading law firm
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a wide range of private equity transactions, including preferred equity deals and leveraged buyouts
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with a commercially focused approach
  • Able to work independently with clients and colleagues
  • J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $365,000 and a maximum of $420,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
