As a Boutique Consultant, you will be our brand ambassador helping us to drive the following for the success of our brands!
Sales and Customer Experience
- Provide Excellent customer experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective customers and owners in order to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering tailored advice and product recommendations based on their preferences
- Follow sales call with potential customers
- Generate and expand records on customer database
- Upsell, propose products to customer and maintain customer experience.
- Maintain and update the customer database with customer preferences, birthdays, anniversaries, and purchases to create customized shopping experiences for the customers.
- Attend to walk in customers on any watch repair/related enquiries liaising with customer care
- Placing orders for accessories, ensuring stock is up to date and available
- Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge
Boutique Operations
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient boutique operation
- Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set-up, etc. ensuring that products are displayed to a high standard
- Understand and adhere to all operating and security guidelines
- Respect the standard operating procedures in handling all timepieces including the proper maintenance.
