Bra Fitting Specialist & Sales Associate

The Bra Shop is growing, and we’re looking for someone special to join our team in downtown Worcester. Over the past four years, our boutique has built a reputation for exceptional service and personalized fittings, and as we continue to expand, it’s important that we have the bandwidth to maintain that same level of care for every person who walks through our doors.

Our team is amazing—and while each member is unique, there are a few traits we all share: we’re kind, empathetic, patient, trustworthy, attentive, and great listeners. These qualities are the foundation of what makes someone an outstanding bra fitter.

Position Details

We’re seeking someone interested in working 16–24 hours per week, depending on your schedule and availability. You must be able to work at least one weekend day and one weekday at our boutique on Main Street in downtown Worcester.

Bra fitting experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to provide training. What matters most is that you’re open to learning and comfortable working in close contact with others.

Being fitted for a bra can be an intimidating experience for some. Our fitters help create a safe, comfortable environment through compassion, communication, and professionalism.

What the Role Involves

This is a hands-on position where you’ll handle many aspects of boutique life, including:

• Providing expert fittings and personalized service
• Answering phones and processing sales
• Maintaining a welcoming, clean environment
• Restocking inventory and assisting with merchandise displays
• Contributing to all areas of the business—from fittings to cleaning the shop

Some shifts you may work independently, so organization, multitasking, and reliability are key.

You must also be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be a team player who takes initiative, supports coworkers, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

We’re a small business and rely on one another to keep the shop running smoothly. That means supporting teammates, being dependable, and helping cover shifts when needed.
