This role is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the branch's accounting and financial functions. The successful candidate will manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including billing (self-stock, lorry accounts), accounts payable (AP), and ensuring the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date financial records across all systems.

A key part of the position involves financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the branch. This includes facilitating financial analysis, establishing performance benchmarks, and generating critical MIS reports for both local operations and Head Office (HO) analysis.

Qualification: B.Com Graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience in Warehousing Operations.

Techinical Expertise:

  • Should have a strong working knowledge in Tally Prime and Advance Excel

Day-to-day oversight of the accounting

  • Coordinate for collecting acknowledgements and ensure movements are updated and bills are generated (where applicable) on a timely basis.
  • Billing of self stocks and lorry accounts
  • Maintenance of accounting records and ensuring accounts data is up-to-date in all tools
  • Planning for funds and ensuring timely vendor payments (AP)
  • Ensuring there are approvals for expenses/billing

Financial planning, reporting and analysis

  • Facilitate Branch financial Analysis
  • Establishes performance benchmarks for the Branch
  • Create MIS reports required for branch operations or for HO analysis

Other Skills:

  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have working knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • Have exposure to correspond officially using email

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
