Primary Function:

The Branch Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive, efficient, and professional administration of the Islamabad branch office. This role ensures seamless daily operations, maintains accurate financial records, and serves as the primary point of contact for staff and clients, upholding the highest standards of communication and demeanor.

Core Responsibilities:1. Financial and Clerical Administration (Minimum 5+ Years Experience):

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including meticulous handling of petty cash funds and expense reconciliation.
  • Oversee all billing processes, including the timely generation, dispatch, and tracking of client invoices.
  • Ensure all administrative records, files, and documents are organized, secure, and compliant with company standards.

2. Staff and Client Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, directing communication, and ensuring a pleasant and professional experience (Soft Attitude).
  • Coordinate internal staff logistics, scheduling, and general well-being, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Resolve minor operational issues swiftly and professionally, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

3. Operational and Logistics Support:

  • Manage the physical office environment, ensuring all supplies, equipment, and facilities are maintained and fully operational.
  • Ensure adherence to the operational schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Shortlisting Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in administrative functions covering Billing, Petty Cash, and Staff/Client Handling.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) is required.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Disposition: Must possess a pleasant personality and professional demeanor.

  • Salary is highly competitive and negotiable based on the candidate's depth of experience and proven capabilities.
