Branch Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead collections & lending team
• Manage delinquency & charge-off
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Branch Finance Manager Requirements:

• First-party consumer collections management experience
• Sub-prime collections management experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability

Branch Finance Manager Work Hours:

• No Sundays
• 5-day work week schedule
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
• A weekday off when a Saturday is worked
• Location hours: MO/TH/FR 9-7, 9-6 TU/WE, 9-4 SA
