We are now seeking a dynamic and passionate Branch Head to lead our Noida Sector 141 center.

Role Overview

As Branch Head, you will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and success of the preschool branch. You’ll lead a team of educators, ensure high standards of teaching and care, and build strong relationships with parents and the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the preschool branch

- Lead and mentor teaching and support staff

- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

- Maintain high-quality educational practices and child engagement

- Manage admissions, parent interactions, and community outreach

- Monitor financial performance and resource allocation

Desired Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool or school administration

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Passionate about early childhood development

- Ability to multitask and manage a diverse team
