Job Description

We are looking for a highly responsible and performance-driven Branch Incharge to lead our Cheranmahadevi outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, customer handling, team management, and daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete day-to-day operations of the branch
• Manage sales, service, and spares departments effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure profitability
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction
• Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, planning, and support
• Maintain branch hygiene, inventory control, and process compliance

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Must be local to Cheranmahadevi or nearby areas
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and ensure consistent performance
• Good understanding of TVS processes
• Customer-centric, disciplined, and target-oriented
