➤BRANCH MANAGER: (Responsibilities)

Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, and foster a
positive work environment to drive performance.

Sales & Customer Service: Achieve financial targets by enhancing customer
satisfaction and developing sales strategies.

Operational Management: Ensure compliance with policies, monitor performance
metrics, and implement efficient processes.

Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build community
relationships, and promote branch services to drive growth.

(Qualifications)

At least 2–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling.

Minimum Bachelors/Masters Degree.
