The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of a branch, including driving sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitable operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the home appliance market, and the ability to motivate and manage a team to meet and exceed business goals. Key responsibilities Sales and business development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by targeting retail, distributor, and direct dealer channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to develop proactive strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase market share and visibility.

Branch operations management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, sales forecasting, and timely order fulfillment to ensure the availability of products.
  • Ensure the branch's visual merchandising and product displays are appealing and in line with company standards.
  • Implement cost-control measures and manage the branch budget to optimize profitability.

Team leadership and staff management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and service staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Provide regular training and coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and manage the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment that focuses on team success.

Customer relationship management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalated issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.

Reporting and compliance

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and financial results to senior management.
  • Ensure that all branch activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
  • Provide feedback to headquarters on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
