Position Title: Branch Manager – Aesthetic Clinic

Overall Role:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of the clinic branch. They ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver excellent client experience, manage doctors, nurses, and front-office staff, and help achieve the clinic’s sales and growth targets through effective leadership and customer service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations including front desk, consultation rooms, and treatment areas.
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels for medicines, consumables, and aesthetic products.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling to avoid delays and maintain efficiency.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with medical and legal regulations (consent forms, treatment records, etc.).

2. Team Management

  • Supervise and support doctors, nurses, consultants, and front-office executives.
  • Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch targets.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
  • Handle attendance, discipline, and staff performance reviews.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Work with aesthetic consultants to convert leads into clients.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets (for treatments, products, and packages) are achieved.
  • Review sales reports and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Promote cross-selling and up-selling of aesthetic treatments and skin/hair care products.
  • Organize promotional events, offers, and client retention programs.

4. Client Relationship & Service Excellence

  • Ensure every client receives a premium and personalized experience.
  • Handle VIP clients and address escalations or complaints promptly.
  • Collect client feedback and implement service improvements.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through consistent quality and communication.

5. Consultation & Coordination

  • Coordinate between consultants, doctors, and clients for seamless treatment planning.
  • Ensure proper documentation of client consultation, diagnosis, and treatment follow-up.
  • Support doctors in treatment scheduling and post-procedure protocols.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all client medical and personal data

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, expenses, leads, and performance).
  • Oversee cash flow, billing accuracy, and daily reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with the head office for HR, accounts, and marketing activities.
  • Prepare branch performance analysis and suggest improvements.

7. Marketing & Business Development

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential partnerships or referral opportunities (salons, gyms, influencers, etc.).
  • Ensure social media promotions are aligned with clinic branding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
