Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket branch. This includes managing staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth overall operations in accordance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket branch.
  • Ensure sales targets, profit margins, and business goals are achieved.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across the store.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with the head office for promotions, pricing, and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor cash handling, billing operations, and prevent any losses or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
