Supporting Actions

Branch Profitably

  • Monitor brokerage of the branch/dealer.
  • Monitors Customer calling/trading.
  • Monitoring income from other product.
  • New addition of customer.


Recruitment & Retention

  • Identify certified candidates suitable for hiring.
  • Coordinate with recruitment team for speedy on boarding.
  • Handholding the team for better performance.
  • Align team members with the process and norms of the company.
  • Counseling & motivating the team members.
  • Conduct team meetings to understand their work experience and offer resolution.


Customer Service

  • Activation/Managing of the customer in the branch.
  • Resolving customer concerns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction across all levels.
  • Update top customers of all branches of event/market movements.
  • Coordinating with research team for advice/review of portfolio for top customers on regular basis.


Relationship Management

  • Conduct joint visits to customers and HDFC Bank branch with the Relationship Managers for maintaining and building the relationship.
  • Maintaining relations with Cluster Heads from HDFC Bank.
  • Coordinate with product/retail team for support.
  • Coordinating with the local bank branch for customer references


Overall Smooth functioning of the branch

  • Ensuring proper infrastructure/IT in the branch.
  • Ensuring adherence of company norms, processes and regulations.
  • Ensuring coordination and cordiality between each member/department of the branch.
  • Ensure branch is well maintained and clean.
  • Ensure connectivity in the branch.


Database Management

Maintain all records as per guidelines

  • Maintain records of all mapped customers portfolio.
  • Maintain records of all branch visits/ customer visits.


Team management & People Development

  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Grooming employees to take up larger roles.
  • Conduct regular and refresher training of all products for the team.

Adhere to Compliance norms

  • Ensuring all systems are working fine and as per compliance (CLIP/ VRS/ Jamoon)
  • Ensure strict adherence of risk & compliance norms.
  • Conduct random VRS checks.
