Branch Manager

We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and lead the team toward achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all branch operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Lead and support the team to maintain high service standards.
• Handle customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized branch environment.
• Support sales activities and improve branch performance.
• Review reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper handling of financial and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
