We are seeking a highly capable Branch Manager with strong hands-on expertise in pastry and patisserie operations.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in pastry/bakery retail management , strong leadership qualities, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.

• Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and premium service quality.
• Supervise, train, and develop branch staff to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure product presentation, freshness, and hygiene meet brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with production, and manage waste control.
• Achieve sales targets and branch performance KPIs through effective operational management.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Manage staff schedules, discipline, and performance evaluations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry/patisserie/bakery operations (mandatory).
• Proven experience as Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage staff, sales, and operational performance.
• Good understanding of food retail standards and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and dynamic operational environments.
