Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position : Branch Manager – Ranchi

Qualification : Engineering Graduate – BE / BTech

Additional qualification – MBA preferred

Experience : 10-15 years of Sales & Marketing

Behavioural Competencies : Leadership, Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Areas of Exposure / Work Background: Sales Marketing and Business Development experience

Preferably in manufacturing and engineering industry. Those from new generation companies viz., telecom/software/ecommerce exhibiting exceptional caliber and having flair for the job can also be considered

Purpose of the Position : Corporate Brand Ambassador, Liaison and Networking, Market Research, Business Development, Strategies and fron ending the LT new business like EdTech and generate business/ lead for LT SuFin and EPC Power Green business

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and Building relations with Govt., Officials, Key customers and Industry
  • Business Development work for L&T Business
  • Corporate Image Building, Develop and maintain relations with corporate houses, Bureaucrats and Government Agencies
  • Leading new age business of L&T (Edutech, Sufin, Green Energy, Semi-Conductor, Data Center etc.)
  • Evaluate and assess business performance and strategies for expansion and growth
  • Attending Conferences and industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Promote L&T culture & value systems.
  • Involve in employee engagement ideas / initiatives to improve performance, retention, attract talent and create a safer work environment
  • Training and building competencies for future requirements of the company

  • Develop and maintain relations with Corporate Houses, Bureaucrats and customers
  • Business Development work for L&T Business
