Branch Manager (Retail Store)

Location: Station Road - Larkana

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and train sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and timely product replenishment.
• Maintain store display, merchandising, and cleanliness as per brand guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with Head Office and regional teams for promotions, marketing, and new product launches.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in fashion apparel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
