The branch manager must be capable of managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the revenue of each location. They must also oversee the performance of other employees who work in their branches. He/ she must also direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch locations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations and
  • ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans.
  • Briefing Echo team on current sales goals, promotions and other relevant information. Accountability for inventory and stock.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Organizing, marketing activities and events for the branch.
  • Addressing student’s issues and taking corrective and subsequent preventive actions.
  • Managing budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives.
  • Conducting business development activities based on the latest trends in the business.
  • Effective utility and resource management
  • Analyze financial records, plan and follow a budget.
  • Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or any similar role.
  • Any bachelor’s degree in relevant stream.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
